Our Mission

CEPA Management, a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit, operates a first-class event facility in conjunction with owners Pell City Schools and the City of Pell City. In addition, we seek to locate, engage, foster and present theatrical and musical arts to the public to provide a premier cultural venue for the citizens of our community.

Spotlight Program

Spotlight is CEPA’s flagship program that brings a love of theatre to residents of St. Clair County. It is an all ages, county-wide drama education, and outreach program, and currently has over 400 members. We have 8 active clubs all throughout St. Clair County.
