
The Black Box by Spotlight Studio is an all-ages audio performance podcast produced by Spotlight Studio, a program from CEPA in Pell City, Ala. Its purpose is to provide new content creation and performance opportunities for St. Clair County residents.
The educational program provides opportunities in script writing, voice acting and editing to members of the Spotlight Drama Education and outreach Program, which assists in providing arts and cultural opportunities to the area.

Season 1 includes readings of classic stories, interviews with Spotlight Club members, and adaptations of scripts written and performed by local drama club participants. Season 1 authors include:

- Lacey Pierson, Ethan Duke, Hannah Ciniglio, Ethan Jones, Makayla England, Tori Daniels, and Nicholas Fason, Saints in the Spotlight (SCCHS)
