COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the persistence of the global coronavirus pandemic, CEPA will continue to monitor reports from the State of Alabama, local health and safety organizations, and from facility owners Pell City Schools and the City of Pell City. CEPA Society memberships are donations that support the organization’s nonprofit, community-centric efforts in St. Clair County, Ala., and are non-refundable. Should any events face cancellation in 2022 as a result of the pandemic, CEPA will attempt to reschedule these events to a new date in 2022.
